Update on a Top Long Idea: Extreme Networks (EXTR)
I like this stock (I have written it up as well), but SBC should really be included in FCF estimates. It is a very real expense.
If you look at the FCF build table, we did attempt to take this into account. We provided the headline FCF number, the estimated FCF needed to keep the share count flat, and then a modified FCF number for the actual FCF build onto the balance sheet.
